Yes, cue-RxTM is HIPPA compliant and your account is password protected to ensure health data is safe and secured.

Simply click and drag the Patient to the desired Dashboard classification. Then select move duration and enter notes if desired and click Confirm.

Click on the iCaregiver App and click on the desired Patient from the Dashboard. In the upper right-hand corner click on  and click Yes to stop monitoring.

Click on the iScheduler App and enter the Patient’s First and Last name and their name should appear below. Click on that Patient’s name, verify patient information and click Next on the lower right-hand corner. Modify medications and dosages as needed and click Program and a pop-up will appear requesting an Activation Code. On the cue-RxTM device, press More, then Settings, then Schedule Mode. An Activation Code will appear on the device screen. Enter this Activation Code into the pop-up and verify cue-RxTM Device Nickname and click Program.

Click on the iManager App. On the upper left click the  to the left of Patients and then click cue-RxTM Devices. Locate Patient’s name and click the  to delete device configuration. On the cue-Rx device, press More, then Settings, then Schedule Mode. An Activation Code will appear on the device screen. Enter this Activation Code into the pop-up and verify Patient Name and click Clear.
