How to Implement cue-RxTM into Your Practice

Each patient will need their own device to store and dispense their medication. Contact us to learn about pricing based on number of units. When you place an order, your devices will be shipped in a matter of days, at no additional charge. To help you implement cue-RxTM, our representative will provide a full demonstration and make sure you have everything you need to begin distributing the device to your patients.
Once you’ve received your cue-RxTM devices, you administer them to your patients as you see fit. Program each patient using the scheduling interface, where you can assign each patient their own medication list and schedule custom reminders for each prescription. Based on your needs, this can be completed by your staff, the patient’s caregiver, or a combination of team members.

Data from all your patients’ cue-RxTM devices will feed one central location to be monitored by you and other clinicians. Visit your portal to get started with monitoring this data, view overall compliance statistics, and group patients by adherence level to ensure maximum compliance.
Within the dashboard, you can also drill down into each individual patient to see their compliance history by the day and segmented by medication.
